Have you tried moving to another room. That what I do to mine. Whispers has a stand in a bebroom I sometimes put him in when he want to scream . Give him things to play with. Give him treats,like an apple,cracker,what you are eatting. Play with him at this time using the up command. Is his wings clip. Try letting him out or off his cage. Keep his attion to slow it down. Put him on the floor for awhile. That always work with whispers.
