Don't forget: Nandays can be incredibly conservative. I've known some that take months before they start to play with a new toy -- then it becomes their favorite.

Don't forget -- remove any movable parts! The best clothes pegs are the ones you get at craft stores that are all wood and no movable parts.

Grit isn't necessary for nandays, but it can be very useful for filling up the bottoms of seed dishes so the food is more easily available.

But talking of grit does remind me: most nandays like foraging, so just scattering seed for them can keep them amused.
