Message:Bill,

I am so sorry for your loss. Everything I've read says that conures can live into the thirties but often don't get much past ten from malnourishment and the like. Your bird lived a good life, and your reward was his company.

I've had my green cheek about 5 years now and she was about 5 when I got her (a give up to the vet's office). I can only hope to have her as long as you had yours. My Nanday has only been mine for about two months I think.
