|Message:||Everybody knows it's Twitterpated season for the birds, Nandays included. My Anna bird in particular wants to make a nest so I thought since she usually would take hazel nuts and sit on them not eat them I'd give her a few.
She was so funny. She scooted three of them together in the bottom of her cage. I won't provide a nest and pushed one away.
Dumb as this question sounds.
is there a chance even though I gave her "mock eggs, that she could have eggs inside? and risk egg binding still?
there is little chance the eggs would be fertile since both nandays are hens. The Jenday is a male, but Anna won't let him within 2 feet of her.
