Nandays are temperate zone birds, and fairly hardy, so brief exposures to the temperatures you describe shouldn't harm them. however, from my observations of their activity, nandays are most comfortable at the temperatures that humans are most comfortable at -- that is, about 18-25 degrees. You wouldn't be comfortable living at 10 C. overnight, and neither is your bird.

But, academic questions aside, you are putting your bird at risk. Please move your bird someplace warmer.
