Vanilla Pudding

1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup corn starch
1/8 tsp salt
  
2 3/4 cups milk
  
2 Tblsp margarine
1 tsp vanilla
  
Makes 2 1/2 cups - about 4 servings

Mix sugar, corn starch and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in margarine and vanilla. Chill.
