Pumpkin Bread

3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 3/4 cups sugar
  
7 ounces oil
3 to 4  eggs
2/3 cup water
2 cups pumpkin
  
Optional:
1 cup nuts and/or
1/2 cup raisins
  
Use 3 greased, floured loaf pans

Sift dry ingredients. Add remaining non-optional ingredients. Mix til smooth. If desired, add nuts and/or raisins.

Place in greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
