
Pancakes
| 1 | | egg, beaten |
| 1 1/2 | cups | flour |
| 1/2 | tsp | salt |
| 1 3/4 | tsp | baking powder |
| 3 | Tblsp | melted butter |
| 1 | cup | milk |
| 3/8 | cup | water |

| Makes 6 medium-large pancakes |
Mix all ingredients. Pour enough batter for one medium-large pancake into a hot buttered frying pan. When top of pancake is all bubbly and edges are getting dry, turn and cook until lightly browned.
Leftovers are delicious eaten cold.
