Lassi (Sweet Yogurt Shake)
|1 1/2|| cups ||plain yogurt|
| 1/4 to 1/3|| cup ||sugar|
|8 to 10|| ||ice cubes|
| ||fresh or frozen fruit of your choice -|
| ||( 1/2 to 1 peach or mango is excellent in this)|
| Makes 1/2 quart ( 2 to 3 servings)|
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. (I believe that traditionally, chunks of ice are left remaining, but I like it blended smooth.)|
Pour the beverage into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
