Lassi (Sweet Yogurt Shake)

1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar
8 to 10  ice cubes
  fresh or frozen fruit of your choice -
  ( 1/2 to 1 peach or mango is excellent in this)
Makes 1/2 quart ( 2 to 3 servings)

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. (I believe that traditionally, chunks of ice are left remaining, but I like it blended smooth.)

Pour the beverage into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
